Yes, we absolutely offer samples prior to you confirming your order. You may try out a few different pieces you are interested in if you are in St. Barth. Any clients outside of St. Barth, we are happy to piece together your selections and send you images to help with your design process. We understand that accidents happen, but unfortunately, each piece offered is treasured and needed to create artistic tablescapes for other clients. Some of our pieces require a refundable damage deposit. In the event, a product is stained, damaged, broken, lost or stolen, a surcharge will be applied to the credit card on file to repair/restore or replace it. Please refer to your rental agreement stating the replacement fee for the pieces you are renting.

Of course, it’s always best to reserve your tabletop pieces as soon as possible, but sometimes last minute events are the best events and we are happy to accommodate on short notice, based on our availability. We cannot guarantee the availability of some pieces until an order has been confirmed with a deposit. To ensure the availability of the table art pieces you would like to rent, we recommend securing your order at least two to three months in advance as all pieces are subject to availability.
