Today my lifestyle is quite a departure from my former days as an uptown gal in Manhattan. Just four years ago, you would have found me in my business suit, heels, fur coat in the winter and a blowout. I lived and worked on the Upper East Side of NYC and previously held the role, Director of Catering at the prestigious venue, 583 Park Avenue. I was so fortunate to have started my career here and gain so much experience in the luxury wedding and event industry for over 10 years. I collaborated with so many talented florists, event designers, producers, and other well known professionals in the world of hospitality hosting events for fortune 500 companies, global charities, celebrity and socialite weddings, designer fashion shows, corporate meetings and the list continues. Just before the pandemic struck, I was contemplating a lifestyle change to have more balance in my life. I loved my job, my team, and everyone I worked with, but the woman behind the magic was burned out and when the pandemic hit, I knew it was a sign to move onto my next chapter.  A few years ago, I set out on a new journey to discover the art of slowing down, bringing me to St. Barth.
